Almuruna is a Belgian organisation with three disciplines: strategy and organisation, leadership and culture, and technology. That combination shapes how questions are approached. An HR problem is rarely only a systems problem, and a leadership question almost always has an organisational side.
Almuruna One
Almuruna One is an AI-native People Intelligence Platform that connects HR operations, workforce data and organisational signals through one connected context and data model. Organisations start with one concrete need, such as Pay Transparency or Time, and expand when it makes sense. The principle stays the same: Data and AI signal. People decide.
Grown from practice
Almuruna One did not start as a purely technical software concept. It grew out of years of work with leadership teams, HR departments and teams, where information existed but rarely came together when it was needed. The technology was previously introduced publicly under the name Senaro and is developed further today as Almuruna One within Almuruna.
The founders
Najima El Kasmi and Björn Slegers founded Almuruna One together. Both bring experience in organisation, HR and leadership, and both contributed to the thinking behind the platform as well as the technology itself.

Najima El Kasmi is the founder of Almuruna and co-founder of Almuruna One. She has guided leadership teams and teams through change for twenty years.

Björn Slegers is co-founder of Almuruna One and a former CHRO with experience in organisational design, HR governance, transformation and HR technology.
