Björn Slegers is a former CHRO with experience in restructuring, international HR for employees in more than twenty countries and HR leadership in crisis situations.

His work covers organisational design, HR governance, transformation, people analytics and HR technology, always within the context of executive management and the board.

As co-founder of Almuruna One, he contributed to the thinking behind the platform as well as the technology itself. He regularly writes Insights on Pay Transparency, time registration, AI in HR and connected HR data.
